Venezia FC wants you to be satisfied with your official gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that customized jerseys and limited-edition memorabilia are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Venice

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
